Every year there has been an increase in numbers of teenagers that practice self harm. Some are hurting themselves to feel relieved from peer pressure, anxiety, frustration, and even bad events. On the other hand, some teens are using self harm for attention because they feel neglected from parents and friends. Self harm is a problem many teenagers are facing that can cause bullying or even drug use. The best way to prevent teens from harming themselves is to help them before they start.
